Its not like my day, when you’d be lucky to use a computer whilst you were at primary school, let alone much earlier in life. But now it seems that children digital media usage is starting much earlier. According to the marketing company IPSOS, by the time children are aged 11, they have passed a number of digital media usage milestones.
